Richly fragrant and beautifully complex, our Cardamom Extract is crafted from cardamom seeds grown in the lush highlands of Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. It offers a bright, tropical lift that can be used anywhere you reach for vanilla extract, making it an easy 1:1 swap in baked goods, drinks, and desserts.
Slow-crafted in collaboration with Bittercube, the cardamom seeds are gently infused in alcohol to draw out their citrusy, floral, and deeply aromatic notes. The result is a versatile extract that shines in everything from cakes and cookies to puddings, ice cream, cocktails, and even your morning coffee.
A few drops add a botanical whisper to a martini or create a refreshing twist in sparkling water. It is a beautiful pantry staple and a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves to cook or bake.
Cooking Tips
• Substitute 1:1 for vanilla extract in baking, puddings, and ice cream
• Add a few drops to gin or vodka cocktails
• Stir into sparkling water, tea, or coffee
• Perfect for holiday treats, stocking stuffers, and food lover gifts
A small bottle with a big, fragrant presence.
