• Crinoid Fossil: These ancient sea creatures once blanketed the ocean floor in vast colonies. Now extinct, crinoids survive only as stone impres- sions—echoes of a once-dominant lifeform that thrived over 300 million years ago.
• Zimbabwe Currency: Printed during one of the most extreme cases of hyperinflation in history, this note lost all purchasing power in days. At its lowest, this ten billion dollar bill was worth just 0.004 U.S. cents—a striking emblem of economic collapse.
