According to mayan tradition, you are encouraged to share your worries with the worry doll, place it under your pillow at bedtime, and at night the doll whisks your troubles away! The hope being to wake up with your worries and anxieties gone. Topped with a braided cotton cord, this handmade necklace supports the De La Selva artisan group based in Guatemala -- an accessory with a purpose!
