Shown in our rich burgundy, this 100% cotton skirt features our fan-favorite elasticized back waistband for ease of wear, very full shirred skirt with hidden oversized side pockets, and a back zippered closure. Peggy is made in a longer length so she can accentuate all your vintage-inspired outfits!  No petticoat is needed for this beauty. Yards and yards of fabric were shirred into the skirt giving it its full swing style vintage look.
