If Ceratophrys cornuta had a motto, it would be “Why chase when you can just sit here and eat everything that walks by?” Native to the rainforests of the Guianas, this squat ambush predator has a huge mouth, a tank-like body, and pointed “horns” above its eyes that help it blend into leaf litter. Sometimes called the “Pacman frog,” it’ll swallow prey nearly as big as itself—birds, reptiles, other frogs—basically anything that fits. This hard enamel pin captures its wide grin, leaf-litter camouflage, and horned headgear in polished metal and rich enamel—no mud, moss, or feeding tongs required.
