The Aircast® Air-Stirrup® is the original ankle brace, clinically proven to help heal ankle injuries faster. This Standard model is designed for the Right Foot and features anatomically designed semi-rigid shells that line the ankle to prevent inversion/eversion (rolling). What sets it apart is the Duplex™ aircell system: two pre-inflated, overlapping aircells that provide graduated compression during ambulation. This compression significantly reduces swelling (edema) and pain by enhancing circulation. Its slim profile fits easily into most sneakers and lace-up shoes, making it the preferred choice for athletes and patients recovering from Grade I, II, or III ankle sprains or chronic instability.
