The pattern was pressed into this cotton by hand, one carved block at a time. This 20x20 pillow cover carries traditional hand-block-printed botanicals across 100% cotton, made by artisan partners in India whose printing blocks have outlived trends by decades. Small breaks and shifts in the repeat are the handwork showing; a printed-by-machine pattern would never be this alive. A ruffled border frames the print with a softness somewhere between vintage farmhouse and collected-over-years, and a hidden zipper with a fabric pull runs the back seam, so inserts go in and out without a fight and nothing interrupts the pattern.
