※ Precautions when using (tumbler/bottle common)

- Be careful as the contents of the tumbler and bottle may be hot.
- When using the tumbler or bottle, be careful not to allow children and infants to use it as much as possible.
- When using the tumbler bottle for the first time, clean the inside of the cup with vinegar before use.
- Wash the lid and each part of the body with detergent and dry it completely before use.
- Do not use or store in a dishwasher, microwave or freezer.
- Do not use a sharp tool such as a steel wool or use bleach or abrasive to clean.
- Hot contents may overflow. Do not fill the tumbler or bottle with the contents.
- Before drinking, make sure that the lid is securely and properly closed before use.
- When using a tumbler or bottle, be careful not to put too hot content in it.
- Use only for holding liquids. Be careful not to put the contents of soups or broths. Also, avoid carbonated drinks or liquids containing salt as much as possible. It may cause corrosion.
- Be sure to use it upright, and be careful not to overflow the contents.
- This product is designed to keep the contents (liquid) hot or cold for a long time.
Be sure to lower the temperature to a suitable temperature before use to avoid burns by storing the contents that are too hot.
- When closing the lid, be careful not to overflow the contents.

※ Reasons that do not fall under defects (common for tumbler/bottle)

- Fine stains, scratches, and paint textures that cannot be seen from a distance of 30cm are not grounds for exchange or return.
- Agglomeration of some painting and coating on the surface of the product is a natural part that may appear due to the nature of the process of painting and coating, and is not a reason for exchange or return.
- Except for functional parts of the product (sealing, cooling/warming), AS is not available for scratches and dents due to the nature of the product.
- The finish of the pattern may not be perfect due to the printing structure, and this is not a reason for defect/exchange.
