Ionic and Cationic Hydration Interrelation Technology Positively charged silk molecules interlock with the natural structure of the hair to develop strength and elasticity and enhance hydration and shine. Use Apply to clean, damp or dry hair. Apply to entire strand from ends to roots before normal styling products. For added protection against chlorine, apply to hair just before entering the water.
