Isehan Kiss Me Long Stay Gel Eyeliner is a super water resistant gel liner with 1.5 mm soft ultra-fine gel core. It draws delicate lines smoothly and keep dense beauty lines to the end of eyes. The momentary lock component quickly settles on the eyelids from the melt gel. It has a high adhesion, and does not move to the eyelids even when blinking, and is also resistant to rubbing. The product is dye-free.
