The Stance takes inspiration from traditional Roman amphorae which were commonly used to store wine. Their shape is generally defined by a long and narrow body that tapers at towards the top and opens again to create a lip for pouring. The Stance emulates this but instead turns it upside down to produce a shape that feels weighted at the bottom and projects a uniform upward glow. With some modifications, the Stance was used as the centerpieces for the 66th GRAMMYs.
