That's when Daniele's father turned to me with a spark in his eye. He wanted me to capture the magic of Latte e Menta, that beloved Roman drink Italians adore from childhood onward.

One sip, and I understood. Creamy, cool, with a whisper of mint—it was like tasting a memory. Summers by the piazza, generations sharing laughs over frosted glasses. Before I left, the family patriarch gifted me a bottle of the mint syrup used by the restaurant to bring back home as inspiration and said, "Make something that carries its soul."
