The deep V in the back adds a touch of drama to your fall wardrobe (although we were careful not to reveal your bra line!). Ruched 3/4 sleeves are the perfect finishing touch to this soft jersey frock.
Each dress is designed by Mata Traders and handcrafted by a women's cooperative that is democratically structured, providing benefits to women such as childcare, annual medical check-ups, overtime pay, and even retirement plans. Mata believes that equality in the workplace is possible in a country as socially stratified as India. Whether a beginner sewer or the marketing director, all the women that make our clothing and accessories have a voice.
