This universal undereye brightener is infused with vegan collagen, Vitamin E, and jojoba seed oil to hydrate your delicate under eyes and instantly minimize the appearance of puffiness and fine lines. Light-reflecting minerals help to visibly brighten and smooth skin, creating a temporary lifting effect.
