Just slip them in your shoes to ease discomfort from walking, running or standing. These patented cushions feature a "waffle" design that compresses and rebounds with every step. Great for thin-soled footwear. 1 pair per package. One Size Fits Most. Insert cushions into forefoot sections of shoes. Test for comfort. For permanent placement: Remove the protective backing from the self-adhesive area, properly position each insole in footwear and press firmly to secure bonding. Rinse in warm, soapy water. Towel dry completely before reuse. If you feel any initial discomfort, wear only for a few hours until all-day use is comfortable.
