According to Guatemalan tradition, people share their worries with a worry doll before bed and place it beneath their pillow overnight. The symbolic ritual offers a way to set concerns aside and begin the next day with a lighter heart.

Worry dolls are part of a beloved Guatemalan tradition in which people tell their worries to a small handmade doll and place it beneath their pillow at night. By morning, the worries are symbolically left behind, offering a meaningful ritual of reflection and release.
