The natural history museum says the Stegosaurus was "A large, slow moving plant-eater, Stegosaurus would have defended itself from predators with its powerful spiked tail."
Brighten your decor and lift your spirits with a soapstone Stegosaurus. Soapstone, or kisii stone (named for the region where it is found), is a soft, smooth stone. Artisans in Kenya use a wet-sanding technique to carve these dinosaurs, dye them with natural dyes, then etch the design using simple hand tools.
