"SHAKE WELL" is a critical instruction for suspensions; it ensures that the active ingredients, which may settle at the bottom, are evenly redistributed so you receive an accurate dose every time. Finally, "14 DAYS LL" indicates a 14-Day Liquid Life (or Limit). After 14 days, the medication loses its potency or may become contaminated, and any remaining portion should be safely discarded according to pharmacy guidelines.
